Key Responsibilities

Customer Lifecycle Management:

Manage leads, sales, service, and support, ensuring a seamless journey.

Sales Support:

Track sales pipeline, manage appointments, and support sales team with customer data.

Service Coordination:

Schedule service, coordinate with technicians/parts, track vehicle movement, and follow up post-repair.

Customer Communication:

Handle inquiries via phone, email, social media; send automated alerts (service, maintenance).

Issue Resolution:

Professionally manage complaints, escalate when needed, and work for timely solutions.

Data & Reporting:

Use CRM data for analysis, generate satisfaction reports, and provide insights.

Team Training:

Educate staff on customer-centric practices and CRM utilization.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
