Job Description

We are hiring a CRM Executive to manage client relationships for our interior design projects. The role involves handling leads, coordinating with sales and design teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities :



Manage and update client details in the CRM system Handle incoming leads from website, social media, and calls Follow up with clients regarding consultations, designs, and approvals Coordinate between clients, designers, site team, and sales team Generate CRM reports when required.

Skills Required :



Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to coordinate with designers, sales, and site teams Problem-solving and client-handling ability Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Qualifications :



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred) Diploma or certification in CRM, Customer Service, or Business Management is an added advantage 1-3 years experience in CRM / customer handling / client coordination Experience in interior design, real estate, construction, or service industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
