to manage our customer relationship processes at AKB TVS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, coordinating with staff, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and monitor all inbound and outbound customer calls.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details and follow-ups.
Assign tasks to staff and ensure timely completion of customer requests.
Track staff performance and escalate issues to management when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Post Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or automobile industry preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and regional language.
Proficiency in MS Office
