Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, interactions, and feedback.
Issue Resolution:
Promptly and efficiently resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
Support Sales & Marketing:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support and provide insights on customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a CRM, customer service, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
are a must.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
