Job Description

1. Customer Handling & Communication



Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients

Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally

Provide regular project updates to customers

2. Booking & Documentation



Coordinate booking process and collect required documents

Ensure accuracy of customer details in CRM systems

Assist customers with Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, and Registration process

Coordinate with legal team for documentation and approvals

3. Payment & Collections



Track customer payment schedules as per construction milestones

Send payment reminders and follow-ups

Coordinate with finance team for receipts, statements, and outstanding dues

Assist customers with loan documentation and bank coordination

4. Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, Site, and Marketing teams

Ensure smooth handover from sales to CRM team after booking

Coordinate site visits, possession timelines, and snag list closure

5. Customer Grievance Management



Register, track, and resolve customer complaints

Ensure timely resolution and proper communication

Maintain escalation matrix for unresolved issues

6. Possession & Handover



Coordinate possession formalities and handover process

Arrange inspection, snag list preparation, and rectifications

Ensure completion of final documentation and payments

Collect possession letters and customer acknowledgements

7. CRM Software & Reporting



Update and maintain CRM software records accurately

Generate reports on customer status, collections, and grievances

Maintain customer data confidentiality and compliance

8. Post-Sales Support



Handle post-possession support and service requests

Coordinate with maintenance or facility management teams

Ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback

9. Compliance & Documentation



Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies

Maintain proper customer files and records

Assist in audits and regulatory documentation when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 16/01/2026
