Role Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to handle client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the photography service lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking
Manage customer lifecycle from booking, documentation, Shoot updates, and post- handover support in CRM
Coordinate and execution of sales deliverables post shoot.
Coordinate and follow up with customers for payment schedules.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations within defined TAT
Coordinate schedules with photographers and internal teams
Follow up with clients and collect feedback
Manage client inquiries via calls, emails, and social media.
Requirements:
Experience in CRM, sales, or client servicing
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Experience in photography or creative industry preferred
