Build customer relationships

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently Analysing the customer data Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives Creating and executing retention campaigns Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience
Candidates requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Candidate should have a BE in Electrical Engineering (EEE). - Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge in the electrical industry. - Experience in the electrical industry or a related technical field. - Knowledge of electrical products and systems. - Excellent communication skills. Should be 0 to 03 Years of experience with the Relevant Industry.
Relevant skills that would be beneficial for the role include experience in the Electrical Switchgear Industry, proficiency in using data, and knowledge of marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
