Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the primary point of contact for individual and corporate clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
? Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
? Resolve customer issues and address concerns escalated by Customer Relationship Executives (CREs).
? Ensure adherence to customer service standards across all touchpoints.
? Support and monitor call center operations to maintain service efficiency and quality.
? Oversee job flow processes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
? Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategic solutions to enhance service delivery.
? Organize and conduct training sessions for tele callers to improve customer interaction and service performance.
? Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate customer records and effective follow-ups.
? Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
? Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for market trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities.
Requirements
? Multilingual (English and Hindi being mandatory)
? Working knowledge of MS Excel.
? Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
? Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
? Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, customer service, CRM software, data analysis and reporting, as well as effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
