Real Estate Experience:

Prior experience in the real estate industry is often a must.

Leadership & Teamwork:

Ability to lead a team, work collaboratively, and maintain a positive attitude.

Analytical Skills:

Capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, documents, and client interactions effectively.
