Assist in managing and organizing customer data using CRM tools.
Support communication with clients via email, calls, and chat to resolve queries or follow up.
Track customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction.
Help develop and execute strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Analyze CRM reports and help identify trends and opportunities.
Take initiative to research customer service trends and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Self-learning mindset with a determination to take ownership of tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic familiarity with CRM platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
