cross-sell and up-sell
initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM data accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to enhance client experience.
Prepare reports, presentations, and insights using
Excel
and
PowerPoint
.
Monitor CRM performance and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM / Client Relationship / Customer Success roles.
Proficiency in
PowerPoint
and
Excel
.
Excellent
communication and coordination skills
.
Master's degree preferred
(MBA or related field).
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce preferred).
