Role Overview
The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage customer feedback effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints promptly and professionally
Understand customer needs and ensure they are met effectively
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Prepare and share client engagement reports with management
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management.
Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or similar role
Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
