Manage end-to-end communication with customers regarding machine installation, service calls, spare parts, and technical issues.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely solutions.
Assign service engineers/technicians to customer sites based on priority and workload.
Track service calls, breakdown visits, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding service progress, spare availability, and expected timelines.
Coordinate with the sales, technical, and spare parts departments for smooth service operations.
Communicate with overseas suppliers (China) regarding technical issues, spare requirements, and warranty claims.
Responding to customer enquirers over the phone, via email, and in person.
Developing and reviewing customer service standards, procedures and policies.
Managing service staff to ensure desired customer satisfaction levels are met.
