Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

CRM Sales Executive

to handle client communication, follow-ups, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be proactive in managing leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth sales processes from inquiry to order closure.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other B2B platforms. Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Maintain customer records and lead data in CRM system. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order updates. Build long-term business relationships with clients and distributors. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement. Handle quotation preparation, negotiation, and order finalization. Conduct client feedback calls and post-delivery satisfaction checks. Generate daily and weekly sales reports for management review.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication & follow-up skills (Hindi / English / Gujarati). Strong knowledge of B2B sales and CRM tools (IndiaMART, Excel). Good presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Email).

Qualification & Experience:



Minimum: Graduate (Any Stream) Experience: 1-3 years in CRM / Inside Sales / Customer Relationship role Industry Preference: Electrical / Industrial / B2B Sales / Manufacturing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
