Job Description

CRM is a person who handles all the queries from clients, ready to travel out-state and can organise all event from company level.

Required skills and qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is often required
Key responsibilities

Customer relationship management:

Build lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

Data management and analysis:

Manage, maintain, and update customer data in the CRM system, and analyze data to identify trends, create reports, and support data-driven decisions.

Strategy development:

Create and implement strategies for customer service, retention, and growth. This can include developing plans for upselling and cross-selling.

System administration:

Administer and maintain the CRM software, ensure its accuracy and integrity, and provide training and support to users.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve customer experience and align on strategies.

Performance tracking:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on customer satisfaction and engagement.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
