Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve it.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Prepare and present reports on customer metrics and performance.
