Customer Relationship Manager (crm)

Job Description

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services. Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive measures to improve it. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software. Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure retention and loyalty. Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements. Prepare and present reports on customer metrics and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
