We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales CRM Executive to manage CRM systems, handle sales coordination and back office tasks, assist the sales team, and ensure timely follow-ups. This role is crucial in supporting the overall sales process, improving sales efficiency, and helping drive revenue growth.
Manage and regularly update customer information in the CRM system.
Track sales leads, pipeline progress, and deal stages in CRM.
Generate and share sales reports and dashboards with the management team.
Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and required documentation.
Coordinate internally with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure order processing.
Make follow-up calls to customers for inquiries, quotations, and feedback.
Support outbound calls to leads for appointment setting and relationship building.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups for field sales representatives.
Assist in tracking and reporting team sales performance and targets.
Ensure timely follow-up by the sales team on leads and opportunities.
Identify inactive leads and support in re-engagement efforts.
Collect and document customer feedback to improve service and offerings.
Monitor competitors' activities and provide input to the sales strategy.
Help plan and support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
