Brief Job description:

Support e-commerce activities, resolve customer queries, deliver customer satisfaction,

build relationships, participate in marketing calling campaigns, and assist in logistics-related tasks. Feedback

management with active gathering and analysis of customer feedback contributing to continuous improvement

initiatives. Additionally, comprehensive report generation to ensure that valuable insights are utilized efficiently

and data-driven strategies are implemented.

Job Location: Shyamal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat



Software Packages / Languages: Microsoft Suite



Working Time: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.



Strength of Candidate: Fluent in English, Co-Ordinator, Excel expertise



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
