Key Responsibilities



Contact potential clients, collectors, and business owners through outbound calls. Explain Marudhar Arts' auction process, listings, and services. Collect and verify accurate business and client data for listings. Maintain detailed call logs, lead information, and reports using Excel. Coordinate with the Bangalore Head Office team for updates and client follow-ups. Handle incoming customer calls and provide clear assistance. Meet daily/weekly calling and listing targets.

Required Skills



Strong communication skills in

Hindi

(basic

English

preferred). Confident, polite, and professional phone manners. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email handling). Good follow-up and coordination abilities. Target-oriented, positive, and team-focused attitude. Interest in collectibles, coins, or auctions is an added advantage.

Qualification



Minimum Qualification:

10th Pass

12th Pass or Graduate preferred.

Prior experience in

tele-calling

,

data entry

, or

e-commerce listing

is an added advantage.

Work Details



Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location:

Gaya Office (or Bangalore Office, Hike of Salary)

Salary & Benefits



?10,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Additional incentives based on monthly targets and successful conversions
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gaya, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
