We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to handle customer coordination, service follow-ups, and relationship management at our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in handling customer interactions, and preferably exposure to the elevator or lift industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, emails, and service-related inquiries
Coordinate with service, technical, and operations teams for timely issue resolution
Schedule service visits, maintenance, and breakdown calls
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and follow-up details
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure
Prepare reports related to customer service activities
Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a CRM / Customer Support Executive
Fluency in Tamil, English, and Telugu (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
Experience in elevator/lift-related companies will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
