We are a leading dealer of automobile care products seeking a highly personable and proactive female Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Sector-9, Ambala City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
Proactively reach out to existing customers to build rapport and identify their needs.
Manage customer databases and ensure accurate recording of interactions and preferences.
Educate customers about our range of automobile care products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Organize and manage customer loyalty programs and promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.

Requirements:

Graduate degree in any discipline.
Proven experience in a customer service or customer relationship management role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse customer base.
Proficient in using CRM software and other customer management tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of automobile care products is a plus.
Female candidates preferred.
