As a CRM, you'll be the bridge between our customers and operations--ensuring seamless
communication, loyalty, and satisfaction. You'll manage customer databases, analyze buying
patterns, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
? Maintain and optimize CRM systems for accurate customer data and segmentation
? Monitor customer interactions and feedback to improve engagement strategies
? Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for targeted campaigns and promotions
? Generate reports on customer behaviour, retention, and satisfaction metrics
? Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and urgency
? Support digital initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty
Requirements:
? 3-5 years of experience in CRM or customer service roles, preferably in manufacturing or
B2B sectors
? Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, SAP)
? Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
? Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and Logistics
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
