As a Client Relationship Manager in our Interior Designing firm, you will be responsible
for cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the design
process. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, and
facilitating effective communication between clients and our design team. The ideal
candidate should have a strong background in excellent interpersonal skills and a
proven track record of successful client management.
Key Responsibilities
:
Client & Vendor Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients and vendors associated with my projects.
Interpreted client requirements and ensured seamless coordination with internal departments for effective execution.
Architect & 3D Coordination
Collaborate with multiple architects for quotations, negotiated terms, and finalized proposals in line with client expectations.
Attend client meetings at their offices to thoroughly understand project needs.
Develop comprehensive project packages covering consultancy fees, architectural design, landscaping, and 3D visualization.
Financial Responsibilities
Handle payment follow-ups with all ongoing clients.
Organize site visits or assigned collection personnel to secure timely payments.
Coordinate with the finance team (Hitesh Sir) to update client payment statuses in the system.
CRM Training & Reporting
Trained new CRM team members to ensure consistent service quality and process adherence.
Coordination with Directors & Internal Teams
Schedule client meetings, in coordination with Directors.
Document and share Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) post-client interactions.
Delegate action points from Internal Orders (IOs) to relevant departments and ensured follow-ups.
Maintain consistent communication in the appointment group to share progress updates.
Conduct Occasional site visits and maintained open communication with clients to address concerns and strengthen relationships.
Special Coordination
Worked with Vastu consultants and integrated their inputs with the design team.
Conducted field visits to assess prospective client sites and monitor competitor activities.
Met with architects to evaluate their work and identify ideal vendor partnerships.
Client Documentation & Administrative Support
Facilitated processing of client fees and maintained complete project documentation.
Actively participated in meetings and strategic discussions related to project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.
Skills:
Proven experience in client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience:
Total work : 3-5 years (preferred)
