We are seeking a client-focused and articulate

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to be the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. The CRM will manage communication, client satisfaction, and post-project follow-ups for residential and commercial design/build projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



1-2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in design, real estate, or creative industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a polite, accommodating, and approachable demeanor. Professional, with strong interpersonal and empathy-based interaction. Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines with poise. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word documents; a dynamic individual with strong acumen and high tolerance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
