Babulal Jewellers is looking for a

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

to enhance customer engagement, build strong relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Jewellery Retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide personalised assistance to clients, understanding their preferences and needs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Maintain and update the customer database for future engagement and marketing efforts. Assist in organising exclusive client events, promotions, and loyalty programs. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience. Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Ensure a high level of client retention and referrals through relationship management. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and purchase history.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1

-3 years

of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in the jewellery retail industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Hindi). Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships. Proficiency in

CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools

. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client interactions.
