Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Location: Payyanur
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager with a minimum of 6 Years of experience to handle customer interactions, service follow-ups, and satisfaction activities in our organization.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain customer records, service reminders, and follow-up schedules.
Manage customer feedback and escalate issues when required.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Communicate service status updates to customers.
Support service advisors and service managers in daily operations.
Requirements
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 6 years in customer service / CRM
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
