Job Description

2)Key responsibilities include handling customer complaints, coordinating between departments like sales and service, assisting with vehicle deliveries, and implementing customer retention programs

3)This position requires strong communication skills, experience with CRM software, and often knowledge of the automobile industry.

Core responsibilities

Customer interaction:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Relationship building:

Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Internal coordination:

Act as a liaison between different departments, such as sales, service, and support, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Problem resolution:

Prevent and resolve customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and delight.

Delivery assistance:

Oversee the preparation and delivery of new and used vehicles to ensure a high-quality customer handover.

Customer retention:

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care and implement customer retention programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
