Lab Tech Solutions, a leading manufacturer of laboratory instruments and equipment with 15+ years of experience, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager for Assam region.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating institutional leads, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with nursing colleges, paramedical institutes, pharmacy colleges, medical colleges, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
Visit institutions to introduce products and company profile
Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order coordination
Ensure timely communication regarding dispatch, installation, and after-sales support
Coordinate with factory and accounts team for order processing
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the region
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Maintain customer database and sales records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream)
1-4 years of experience in sales / customer relationship / institutional marketing (medical or lab equipment experience preferred)
Good communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel within Assam
Basic knowledge of MS Office & WhatsApp/email communication
Self-motivated and target-oriented
