Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Conduct regular communication to ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Distributor's inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Strengthen business relationships through regular engagement, feedback sessions, and business reviews.
2. Data & Reporting
Maintain updated records of DB information, orders, feedback, and interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Share DBs insights and feedback with management to support decision-making and product development.
Key Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of FMCG sales, distribution networks, and market dynamics.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple works effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Key Account Management, or Sales in FMCG or similar industries.
Language:
Proficiency in Bengali, English and local language preferred.
