Job Title: Female sales Coordinator/CRM
Location: Ambala
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts.
Understand client goals, challenges, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance, engagement, and feedback.
Organize client meetings, reviews, and presentations to strengthen partnerships.
Ensure contracts, renewals, and service agreements are managed effectively.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
