About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who can build strong relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, good at communication, and capable of managing client needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Handle client inquiries and provide quick, effective solutions.

Manage CRM software to track customer interactions.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services/products.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.

Prepare customer reports and share insights with management.

Ensure customer retention and reduce churn.

Follow up on leads, feedback, and service requirements.

Conduct client onboarding and regular check-ins.

Qualification & Experience :



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience as a CRM Executive/Customer Relationship Manager.

Skills :



Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
