Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient enquiries, consultations, and appointment scheduling
Follow up with patients post-consultation and post-procedure
Explain treatment plans, packages, and memberships
Ensure high patient satisfaction and repeat visits
Maintain CRM records, patient data, and follow-up trackers
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front office staff
Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery
Support revenue growth through upselling and retention
Eligibility:
Any graduate (MBA / Healthcare background preferred)
2-5 years experience
in CRM / front office / clinic / hospital / wellness center
Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory, English preferred)
Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
Experience in skin, dental, cosmetic, or wellness clinics is a plus
