We are looking for a proactive and student-focused
Customer Relationship Manager
to manage enquiries, build strong relationships with students and parents, and support the smooth functioning of our career counselling services. The ideal candidate should be empathetic, well-spoken, organized, and passionate about education and guidance.
Key Responsibilities & Relationship Management
Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online enquiries from students and parents
Build trust-based relationships with students, parents, and professionals
Act as the first point of contact for all clients visiting the centre
Ensure a positive and professional client experience
Counselling Support & Coordination
Schedule counselling sessions, assessments, and follow-up meetings
Coordinate between counsellors, students, and parents
Explain counselling programs, services, packages, and fees clearly
Maintain Follow-ups
Convert enquiries into confirmed counselling/admission cases
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients
Ensure timely communication regarding sessions, deadlines, and outcomes
Support social media or WhatsApp communication with leads (if required)
Collect feedback from students and parents for service improvement
Data & Office Management
Maintain student records, enquiry logs, and CRM data accurately
Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups
Support basic office administration and coordination activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate (Any discipline; but dilligent Candisate)
1-2 years experience in customer relations, or service roles
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English required; Punjabi preferred)
Strong interpersonal, listening, and empathy skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Ability to handle parents and students professionally
