Perform accurate data entry, compilation, and saving of client documents and client
files.
Ensure CRM/Client files are kept accurate, current, and up to date.
Provide support to TAP Support with administration-related tasks.
Capture and record client needs analysis information correctly in Planolitix, Client
Worksheet, and the TAP CRM.
Ensure accuracy in completed outsourced administration tasks and report errors when
they occur.
Document all administrative processes and communicate changes and developments to
other team members
Assistance to Clients:
Assist clients by pre-loading application forms to streamline the application process.
