Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively and professionally.
Coordinate between sales, service, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Monitor customer feedback and work on initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for service reminders, renewals, and feedback.
Support showroom events, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and service performance.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
2-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, preferably in the automobile industry.
Strong communication skills in English, Tamil.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage customer expectations.
