Customer Relationship Manager - Duties and Responsibilities



1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and timely communication. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

2. Sales & Service Coordination



Work closely with sales teams to enhance customer experience throughout the buying process. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer preferences and purchase history. Follow up on leads, quotations, and post-sale feedback to ensure repeat business.

3. CRM Software Management



Implement and manage CRM software to maintain accurate customer databases. Monitor and analyze customer data to track engagement, preferences, and buying patterns. Generate periodic reports and insights to support management decisions and marketing campaigns.

4. Customer Retention & Loyalty



Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and retention strategies. Address potential service gaps to improve customer retention rates. Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure long-term association.

5. Communication & Coordination



Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal departments (sales, marketing, accounts, logistics). Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and service satisfaction. Support marketing initiatives and events aimed at improving customer relationships.

6. Travel & Field Activities



Visit key customers and project sites when required to ensure relationship continuity and service satisfaction. Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, events, and after-sales visits.

7. Reporting & Continuous Improvement



Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction trends. Suggest improvements in service processes and CRM tools for better customer management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
