Job Summary - CRM (FEMALE)

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, managing customer data, handling post-sales services, and enhancing customer loyalty in a jewellery showroom environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship & Retention

Build strong relationships with regular, premium, and VIP customers Maintain and update customer database, purchase history, and preferences Follow up with customers for anniversaries, birthdays, festivals, and special occasions Promote loyalty programs, referrals, and repeat purchases

Sales Support & Engagement

Coordinate with sales team to support high-value and repeat customers Inform customers about new collections, offers, and festive schemes Assist in closing repeat and bulk sales through personalized engagement

Post-Sales Service

Handle customer queries related to alterations, repairs, exchanges, and buy-back Coordinate with workshop and operations teams for timely service delivery Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Complaint Handling

Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution Escalate unresolved issues to the Store Manager or Head Office

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare customer engagement and retention reports Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data Follow company policies, ethical standards, and showroom procedures

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of jewellery products and retail practices CRM software and basic computer skills Problem-solving and service-oriented mindset

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / Diploma preferred

3-7 years

experience in jewellery retail or luxury retail CRM Experience in handling premium and repeat customers is an advantage

Working Conditions

Jewellery showroom environment Shift-based duty, including weekends and festive seasons Coordination with multiple departments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
