woman professional (aged 30+)
to join us as a CRM Executive, who can bring maturity, empathy, and strong communication skills to manage and enhance client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer interactions through calls, emails, and meetings with professionalism and empathy.
2. Maintain and update client records using CRM software and Excel.
3. Understand customer needs and provide timely solutions, ensuring a smooth client experience.
4. Generate, analyze, and present customer reports and data insights.
5. Assist the sales and service teams in maintaining strong client relations.
6. Handle escalations effectively and ensure quick resolutions.
7. Support in planning and executing customer engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing/Commerce preferred).
2. Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
3. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
4. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
5. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
7. Knowledge of CRM tools/software will be an added advantage.
