Role Description: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Customer Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability and timely delivery of products/services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records and databases. Coordinate with sales team regarding the details of the orders. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement efficient workflow processes.

Qualification & Other Skills:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
