Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customer, understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Conduct client meeting, presentations, and follow - up calls to ensure clients satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Keep up to date with dealer trends and developments to provide information advice to clients.
Maintain daily and monthly reports.
