We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to develop and maintain strong client relationships, improve customer retention, and optimize customer experience. The CRM will analyze customer data, oversee CRM software, and work closely with service, marketing, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
*Oversee CRM software and ensure accurate data management.
*Analyze customer insights and behaviors to improve engagement strategies.
*Monitor and respond to customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries, Prepare route cause analysis.
*Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze trends.
*Develop personalized marketing campaigns based on customer preferences.
*Train employees on CRM best practices and software usage.
*Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
*Generate reports on customer engagement, retention rates, and CRM performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in customer relationship management of service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
