Job Description

We are seeking a motivated CRM Executive to manage client relationships, maintain customer data, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:



Manage and update customer database in the CRM system. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Build and maintain positive client relationships. Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams. Prepare and analyze CRM reports for management. Support client onboarding and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:



Undergraduate/Graduate/Post- Graduated Experience in customer relationship management or client servicing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
