- Assist distributors and dealers with their orders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Update and manage customer records in the CRM system accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Skills required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
- Customer-first approach
- Fluency in Assamese/Hindi and basic English
