About the Role
We are hiring a
Customer Relationship cum Business Development Manager (Remote)
to build long-term customer relationships and drive new business opportunities. This role is suited for professionals with experience in
client servicing, customer support, account management, and B2B sales
, especially in
hospitality, retail, and international markets such as Dubai and the UAE
.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
customer relationship management strategies
to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Conduct
market research and business outreach
to identify and acquire new clients.
Build and maintain relationships with
hotels, wholesale, and retail clients in Dubai and other international markets
.
Analyse
customer feedback, data, and trends
to identify areas for service improvement.
Collaborate with
sales, marketing, and product teams
to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Maintain accurate records of
customer interactions, queries, and feedback
in CRM systems.
Conduct regular
follow-ups with clients
to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide training and support to team members on
customer service best practices
.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Languages:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written) and
fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
.
Experience:
Proven background in
customer service, client relationship management, account management, or B2B sales
.
Strong knowledge of
CRM tools
and reporting systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage
client relationships across international markets
.
Preferred Skills
Experience in
client servicing for hospitality, retail, or export-import industries
.
Prior experience working with
international clients, especially UAE/Dubai markets
.
Strong sales orientation with
customer success focus
.
Excellent
follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
.
High emotional intelligence and ability to handle client objections effectively.
