Job Description

Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers. Ensure good conversion of leads generated from various marketing activities. Assist customers with requests for information, complaints and resolving issues. Maintain and update customer and referral information Take ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions Prepare sales reports as per the prescribed format.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
