Key Responsibilities
Handling customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
Coordinating with internal teams for order processing and issue resolution
Ensuring timely communication with customers regarding orders and services
Preparing CRM-related reports and MIS
Supporting retention activities and improving customer satisfaction
Following up on pending payments, deliveries, or service requests
Ensuring proper documentation and record maintenance
Required Skills & Knowledge
Experience working in a
CRM role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
Ability to handle customers professionally and calmly
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Qualifications
Any graduate
CRM / Customer Service certification is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate
1 to 3 years of relevant CRM experience
