Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused
Customer Relationship Executive
to join our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after booking.
Maintain and update CRM systems with client communications, documents, and status updates.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist clients with documentation, payment schedules, and handover processes.
Follow up with clients for pending documents or payments.
Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently.
Generate and manage reports related to customer interactions and feedback.
Work on initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or post-sales support, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proficient in CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach
