We are seeking an experienced
Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have
5-6 years of experience in real estate CRM
and be proficient in handling
customer relations, documentation, bank follow-ups, liaisoning, and legal handovers
while coordinating effectively with the site team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the
primary point of contact
for customers from booking to possession.
Manage
customer documentation
including agreements, modifications, and handover formalities.
Handle
liaisoning
with banks, legal authorities, and other external stakeholders.
Coordinate
bank loan processing, disbursements, and related customer support
.
Work closely with the
construction/site team
to provide accurate project updates.
Oversee
legal handover processes
and ensure compliance with RERA and other regulations.
Address and resolve customer queries to ensure
high satisfaction levels
.
Maintain accurate
CRM records, checklists, and reports
for management review.
Requirements
Male candidate with
5-6 years of proven experience
in Real Estate CRM.
Strong knowledge of
real estate documentation, liaisoning, and legal procedures
.
Familiarity with
construction workflows and site coordination
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office and CRM tools
.
Fluency in
English, Hindi, and Kannada
(Telugu is an added advantage).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
