We are hiring a CRM Intern to support customer communication through WhatsApp Business and email channels. The role involves working with marketing and customer support teams to ensure clear and timely communication with users.
Responsibilities
Manage customer communication through WhatsApp Business tools
Send approved messages for updates and follow ups
Support email campaigns including drafting and scheduling
Maintain customer records and communication logs
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate messaging
Track basic performance metrics such as delivery and open rates
Ensure compliance with communication guidelines
Requirements
Basic understanding of CRM or communication tools
Good written English communication skills
Interest in customer communication or marketing operations
Willingness to work from office and follow processes
Freshers or students may apply
