to join our LIGO SUPERSPECIALITY HOSPITAL TEAM. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing patient relationships, improving patient satisfaction, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to ensure timely service for patients.
Manage patient appointments, reminders, and follow-up calls.
Assist in improving the overall patient experience and service quality.
Track and report patient feedback to management for service improvement.
Support front office and administrative activities whenever required.
Ensure all communication is clear, respectful, and patient-friendly.
Handle escalations and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
